How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for Champions League and El Clásico fixtures. Popular matches sell out quickly. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute requests — contact us and we'll do our best.

Can I customize a package to specific matches?

Absolutely. Our Custom Trips service is built exactly for this. Tell us which matches you want to attend, your preferred travel dates, hotel preferences, and any add-ons, and we'll build a bespoke itinerary around your wishlist.

Question 3

What's the minimum group size for group travel?

We work with groups of all sizes, but our dedicated Group Travel service is designed for parties of 10 or more. Groups of 25+ receive a dedicated trip coordinator and access to exclusive group rates on tickets, hotels, and transfers.

Question 4

Do packages include flights?

Accepted Answer

Our packages cover match tickets, accommodation, stadium tours, and ground transportation. Flights are not included by default, but we can recommend flight options and coordinate your arrival/departure transfers seamlessly.

Question 5

What happens if a match is postponed or cancelled?

Accepted Answer

In the rare event of a postponement or cancellation, we work directly with the clubs to secure replacement tickets for the rescheduled fixture or provide a full refund for the ticket portion of your package. Your trip is protected.

Question 6

Which cities and leagues do you cover?

We currently offer trips to England (Premier League), Spain (La Liga), Germany (Bundesliga), Italy (Serie A), France (Ligue 1), and Scotland (Scottish Premiership). We cover top-flight domestic leagues as well as UEFA Champions League and Europa League fixtures across all destinations.

Are the match tickets guaranteed?

Yes. We only confirm your booking once tickets are secured. We work directly with official club channels and licensed resellers to ensure every ticket is 100% verified and authentic. You will never arrive at a stadium without a seat.

Question 8

What type of hotels do you use?

Accepted Answer

We partner with 3- to 5-star hotels chosen for their location, quality, and value. For Pre-Built Packages, we select properties within walking distance of major attractions and with easy access to the stadium. Custom Trips allow you to specify your preferred hotel or neighborhood.

Question 9

Can I book as a solo traveler?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many of our clients travel solo. We'll pair you with a single-occupancy room and build an itinerary that works perfectly for one. Solo travelers often tell us it's the best trip they've ever taken.

Question 10

How does the deposit and payment process work?

Accepted Answer

We require a deposit to begin securing your tickets and accommodation — typically 25–30% of the total package cost. The balance is due 60 days before departure. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
