At Soccer Vacations™, match day is often the highlight of your trip. We work with trusted ticket suppliers to secure official match tickets whenever possible. Because clubs, leagues, and ticket providers control ticket distribution and event operations, the following policies apply to all match ticket bookings.

All match ticket requests are subject to availability.

Submitting a trip inquiry or paying a deposit does not guarantee ticket availability until your reservation has been confirmed by Soccer Vacations™ and our ticket supplier.

Some matches, including local derbies, rivalry matches, finals, and high-demand fixtures, may have limited availability and premium pricing.

Match schedules are controlled by the applicable league, federation, tournament organizer, or club.

Published schedules may change at any time.

Changes may include:

• Match date
• Kickoff time
• Stadium
• Competition format
• Television scheduling

These changes are outside the control of Soccer Vacations™.

Travelers are encouraged to avoid making independent plans that cannot be adjusted around potential schedule changes.

In many European leagues, kickoff times are not finalized until several weeks before the match.

For this reason:

• Flights should not be scheduled immediately before or after a match.
• We recommend arriving at least one day before your scheduled match whenever possible.
• We recommend departing no earlier than the day after your final match.

Our travel recommendations are designed to reduce the risk of schedule conflicts.

Depending on the club and ticket supplier, tickets may be delivered:

• Electronically
• Through a club mobile app
• By email
• At hotel reception
• By courier
• At an authorized ticket collection point

Some clubs release tickets only a few days before the match. This is normal and should not be interpreted as a problem with your reservation.

Soccer Vacations™ will provide delivery instructions as soon as they are received from the ticket supplier.

Seat locations are determined by the ticket provider.

While we always request seats together for members of the same booking, adjacent seating cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

For larger groups, seating may be divided into smaller sections depending on availability.

Many European clubs strictly regulate supporter sections.

Travelers wearing the visiting team's colors may be denied entry to certain home supporter sections.

Likewise, home supporters may not be admitted into designated away sections.

We will advise you of any known restrictions before travel whenever possible.

Many clubs now use mobile-only ticketing.

Travelers should:

• Bring a fully charged smartphone.
• Ensure they have internet access when required.
• Download any required club applications before match day.
• Follow all ticket activation instructions.

Soccer Vacations™ is not responsible for issues resulting from lost devices, damaged phones, depleted batteries, or failure to complete required ticket setup.

Every stadium has its own security procedures.

Restrictions may include:

• Bag size limits
• Prohibited items
• Camera restrictions
• Food and beverage rules
• Flag and banner policies
• Entry times

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with stadium rules.

Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.

We recommend arriving at the stadium at least 60–90 minutes before kickoff, especially for high-profile matches.

Early arrival provides time for:

• Security screening
• Ticket verification
• Stadium entry
• Finding your seats
• Enjoying the pre-match atmosphere

If a traveler misses a match because of:

• Flight delays
• Personal scheduling decisions
• Late arrival
• Transportation issues
• Illness
• Failure to follow ticket instructions

Soccer Vacations™ cannot provide refunds unless a refund is issued by the applicable ticket supplier.

If a match is canceled by the organizing body, any refund or replacement ticket is governed solely by the policies of the club, league, or ticket supplier.

Soccer Vacations™ will assist clients in communicating with suppliers but cannot guarantee refunds or replacement tickets.

If a match is rescheduled before departure, Soccer Vacations™ will make reasonable efforts to help adjust your itinerary.

Additional costs associated with flights, hotels, rail tickets, or other services may apply and remain the responsibility of the traveler unless waived or refunded by the applicable supplier.

Professional soccer matches are generally played in rain, snow, or cold weather.

Unless canceled by the organizing body, weather alone does not typically qualify for ticket refunds.

Ticket transfer and resale policies vary by club and supplier.

Travelers should not attempt to resell, duplicate, alter, or transfer tickets unless expressly permitted by the issuing provider.

Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation or denied entry.

If your ticket cannot be located, contact Soccer Vacations™ immediately.

Replacement tickets are subject to the policies of the issuing club or ticket provider and may not always be available.

While we cannot control the decisions of clubs, leagues, stadiums, or ticket providers, we will always advocate for our clients and provide support before, during, and after your trip.
