These Terms of Service & Booking Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Culture Club Travel Agency, LLC, doing business as Soccer Vacations™ ("Soccer Vacations," "we," "our," or "us") and any individual or entity booking or purchasing travel services through Soccer Vacations ("Traveler," "Client," "you," or "your").
By requesting a quote, submitting a deposit, purchasing travel services, using our website, or accepting a travel itinerary provided by Soccer Vacations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Soccer Vacations™ is a travel agency specializing in customized soccer travel experiences throughout Europe and other international destinations.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Soccer Vacations acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers.
Soccer Vacations does not own, operate, or control any airline, hotel, soccer club, stadium, tour operator, transportation company, cruise line, rail operator, attraction, or other travel supplier.
All travel services are provided by independent third parties who maintain their own terms, conditions, policies, schedules, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Your booking may be subject to the separate terms and conditions of those suppliers.

Quoted prices may change due to:
No reservation is guaranteed until all required deposits have been received and confirmed by the applicable suppliers.
A deposit may be required to secure travel arrangements.
The amount of the deposit will vary depending upon the suppliers involved and the services requested.
Final payment deadlines will be communicated in writing.
Failure to make payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of all or part of your itinerary without refund.
Soccer Vacations reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations and assess any applicable supplier cancellation penalties.
Soccer Vacations invests significant professional time researching destinations, coordinating suppliers, designing custom itineraries, securing match tickets, and providing destination expertise.
Planning fees compensate Soccer Vacations for professional consulting services and are earned when paid.
Planning fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the traveler ultimately books the proposed itinerary.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning fees are separate from the cost of travel arrangements.
Soccer Vacations specializes in soccer travel; however, we do not control clubs, leagues, federations, ticket providers, or stadium operators.
Accordingly:
A match schedule published at the time of booking is subject to change at any time by the applicable league, federation, club, or event organizer.
Soccer Vacations is not responsible for schedule changes made by third parties.
If a match is rescheduled before departure, Soccer Vacations will make reasonable efforts to assist with itinerary modifications. Any resulting costs imposed by suppliers remain the responsibility of the traveler unless waived or refunded by the applicable supplier.
If a match is canceled, refunds, if any, are limited solely to amounts actually refunded by the ticket supplier.
Every stadium maintains its own rules regarding:
Travelers are solely responsible for complying with stadium policies.
Admission may be denied for failure to comply with security requirements, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, prohibited items, or violations of stadium rules.
Soccer Vacations is not responsible for denied admission under these circumstances.
Travelers are responsible for:
Failure to do so may result in missed travel arrangements for which Soccer Vacations bears no responsibility.
Soccer Vacations strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes, at a minimum:
If a traveler declines travel insurance, the traveler accepts all financial risks associated with cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, supplier insolvency, weather events, and unforeseen travel disruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccer Vacations shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, expense, accident, death, illness, property damage, missed connections, schedule changes, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, weather events, government actions, pandemics, natural disasters, supplier insolvency, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of professional fees actually paid directly to Soccer Vacations for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Maryland unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Soccer Vacations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The version in effect on the date of booking shall govern that booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
